(Japa Meditation)

When we chant, we elevate our frequency. We connect with the part of ourselves that holds the sacred consciousness of the mantra we’re vibrating within our body.

The special practice of repeatedly chanting the same mantra is called japa meditation. It is one of the most effective practices to calm the mind.

During each circle we will chant one special kundalini mantra for either 31 or 62 minutes (read why here). Mantra sheets provided!

These special meditation circles are held at my home in Shoreditch - mats, cushions and blankets are available but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
