Kundalini Yoga Workshops

Workshops give you more time to go deeper into your practice than a weekly class

They allow you to stay stay with one area of the practice for longer - whether that’s breath, attention, or how your energy is being used - so that you can work in a more continuous way.

Each workshop takes a specific focus and works with it using kriya, meditation and dedicated teaching, allowing the effect to build and stabilise.

They’re suitable if you want to spend more time inside the practice, to deepen your own connection, or if you’re looking for a more structured way in than a drop in class.

Workshops are primarily held in London, with some offered in other locations.

What to expect

Workshops run as longer, continuous sessions and may include extended periods of practice, repetition and stillness.

No prior experience is required, but they are designed to be more immersive than a standard class. If you are looking for more regular practice, see the weekly Kundalini Classes
