Tantric numerology is an effective technology which provides a reference point for your life journey. Calculated from your date of birth it decodes insight into focus areas for your energy from karmic patters, strengths, gifts, destiny through to challenges. These are given with reference to the Ten Bodies which we recognise and work with in kundalini. With this insight you can refine your kundalini practice to better support your process of self-mastery.

Within kundalini we recognise that we are our own centre of guidance and wisdom. Through yoga and meditation we strengthen our connection with that inner intuition, enabling us to make aligned decisions. Another tool I work with that helps access that inner intuition is the I Ching- an ancient Chinese technology. Particularly powerful to do at the outset of each year to set a focus for the upcoming 12 months, or to consult when considering a specific project/course of action.
