Kundalini Consultations, Readings & Introductions

Sometimes there is a particular question, transition or area of practice that benefits from more individual attention. At other times, the starting point is simply curiosity - about something you want to understand more deeply, a specific practice you want to explore, or a different way of looking at what is happening in your life.

The consultations below offer different ways to work one-to-one. Some begin with a reading, some with the Kundalini teachings, and some with direct experience of yoga or meditation.

Sessions are available in London or online.

  • Tantric Numerology Reading

Tantric Numerology uses your date of birth to calculate five key numbers connected with the Ten Bodies. A reading explores the qualities, gifts, karmic patterns, challenges and areas of focus within those numbers, offering a structured way to understand more about your nature and how these energies may be expressed through your life.

  • I Ching Reading

The I Ching offers a distinctive way of looking at the year ahead through the language of change. A 12-month reading explores the themes, movements and possibilities that may shape the period ahead, offering a perspective that can help you recognise where change is gathering, where patience may matter, and how you might meet what unfolds with greater clarity.

  • Kundalini consultantions

    Kundalini Guidance

A Kundalini Guidance Consultation offers dedicated one-to-one space to explore a question, challenge, transition or intention through the wider lens of the Kundalini teachings. We can look more closely at what is happening, what the teachings may help illuminate and, where useful, how Kundalini Yoga or meditation might support the way forward.

  • Introduction to Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga works with the whole person - body, energy, mind and awareness - so the practice reaches beyond physical movement alone. An introduction session opens up that wider approach, giving you a first grounding in the foundations of Kundalini Yoga and what makes the practice special.

  • Introduction to Kundalini Meditation

Kundalini Meditation offers a different way of relating to the mind: not by trying to make it quiet, but by becoming more conscious of how it moves and learning to work with it. Breath, mantra, movement and stillness become different ways of exploring that relationship through both body and mind.
