Mantra Circles
(Japa Meditation)

In Kundalini meditation, mantra is used as a direct way of working on the mind.

By repeating the same sound steadily, the mind has less room to drift and the usual noise begins to quieten.

This form of practice is known as japa meditation. It is simple in structure, but powerful in effect. Repetition changes what it feels like to sit in your own mind. It can steady attention, settle mental noise, and create a very different internal environment from the one most people are moving around in day to day.

Each mantra circle is built around one specific Kundalini Yoga mantra. We stay with that mantra for a set period, allowing the repetition to build and deepen over time. The emphasis is not on performance but on staying with the mantra long enough for the effect to come through.

You can read more about why specific timings are used in Kundalini meditation here.

Mantra sheets are provided, so you do not need to know anything in advance or have prior experience of japa meditation.

These sessions are held in small groups across London, in a quiet and contained setting that supports staying in the meditation.
